Traditional electroplated instruments often suffer from fast bulk processing and irregular Contact Edges. The challenges include inconsitent crystal heights and uncontrolled plating layers, often resulting in excessive vibration and unpredictable performance.
The random higher diamond crystals disrupt the cutting, create a wider Contact Gap, and prevent surrounding crystals from contacting the tooth. The poor edge consistency results in slower cutting, higher vibration, more noise (clicking sounds), and inconsistent performance.
