KS0.010 Prodia Sport KS Round End Cylinder

Product description

Elevate your crown and bridge preparations with the Prodia Sport KS0.010 Round End Cylinder diamond bur – for crafting flawless chamfer margins and smoothing tooth structure in restorative dentistry. This coarse-grit instrument delivers razor-sharp cutting efficiency, slashing through enamel and dentin with unparalleled stability, while our advanced level plating layer crushes vibration and noise for a whisper-quiet, ultra-consistent performance that keeps patients calm and procedures lightning-fast.

Sterilized for single-patient use, it's available in convenient 25-count boxes or 5-pouch intro packs, engineered to redefine precision in general dentistry where every cut counts.

Prodia Sport™ is a premium, single-patient diamond instrument manufactured in the USA with U.S. and imported parts to provide superior cutting efficiency and surface prep quality.

Unlike traditional electroplated burs that suffer from irregular contact edges and inconsistent crystal heights, our LTech™ technology ensures that more diamond crystals evenly share the workload.

This results in a faster, more stable cut with significantly improved rotational consistency and lower operational noise.

Delivered in a convenient, sterile pouch to maximize chairside efficiency and patient safety, this bur is the ideal "go-to" tool for achieving robust and smooth preparations without compromise.

I just used the new Prodia Sport coarse-grit bur. Wow! It feels like a fine bur but cuts like a coarse—it makes you feel like the cut is more precise.

Traditional electroplated instruments often suffer from fast bulk processing and irregular Contact Edges. The challenges include inconsitent crystal heights and uncontrolled plating layers, often resulting in excessive vibration and unpredictable performance.

The random higher diamond crystals disrupt the cutting, create a wider Contact Gap, and prevent surrounding crystals from contacting the tooth. The poor edge consistency results in slower cutting, higher vibration, more noise (clicking sounds), and inconsistent performance.

  • Optimal Cutting Efficiency
  • Less Vibration
  • Lower Noise
Prodia Sport’s

Improved Contact Layer

Our goal was to generate higher performance by creating a more consistent Contact Layer. We achieved it using our new LTech™ precision manufacturing process. LTech™ provides precise control of diamond crystal placement and dramatically levels the entrapment layer. It creates more consistent Contact Edges and higher performance, with more diamond crystals evenly sharing the cutting. The new instruments deliver faster cutting, lower vibration, less noise, improved surface prep quality, and more consistent and predictable performance.

Pródia Sport™ Difference

Prodia Sport™ provides a high-tech, premium cutting experience delivered in a convenient sterile pouch. Through our innovative technology, each diamond bur achieves key optimal performance with less vibration and higher operational consistency. The result is a faster and more precise experience for the dentist, and more comfort for the patient.
